How Much is Bootcamp?
At just £42.50 Bootcamp is great value for money, not only will it improve your fitness, but will also make you look and feel better than ever.
Bootcamp is very similar to personal training the only difference is that instead of it being one-on-one training you’re in a friendly group environment, where every one is focused on improving their fitness and losing body fat.
Compare the value of your £42.50 investment in Bootcamp with 5 one-to-one personal training sessions which would cost you £175.00

Is there a Military theme?
No, I am a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and I also teach a variety of other classes. I have no military background. I will encourage and motivate you in your session.
What to wear? What to bring?
I provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need.
With regards to clothing, wear sports clothing like a t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms, sweatshirt and trainers. Running or cross trainers are best. On the days that we go outside you won’t want to wear your newest sports gear as you may get a little muddy.
I also ask to that you don’t come on a completely empty stomach and you bring water with you to stay hydrated.
What if I am not very physically fit or feel I am not ready?
Bootcamp is available to anyone no matter what your fitness levels are like. You just need to be prepared to work hard enough to improve your current fitness levels.
How do I pay for the camp?
Payment must be made in full before camp start date either by cash or cheque. My address to send cheques is 13 Central Road, Stoney Hill, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B60 2NR.
Will it work? What can I expect to achieve?
Yes it will definitely work.
Once you have completed Bootcamp you can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming fitter and more toned.
What happens if I miss a session or don’t show up?
Except for absolute emergencies or illnesses, there will be no refunds or carry forward of classes.
Bootcamp is set up and priced as a package and your success depends on consistent participation.
How long do sessions last?
Sessions last 45 minutes so make sure you’re on time and ready to go. There will be a few minutes either side of the class for you to talk to me or ask questions.
How is this different than the local health club/gym?
My Bootcamp programme is designed to get you in the best shape of your life in a fun and motivating atmosphere.
You will also be given a kick start fat loss eating plan to follow whilst taking part in the bootcamp. This will help you to blast your excess fat and teach you how to eat properly. This will be e-mailed to you as soon as you have signed up for the bootcamp.
Unlike a traditional health club/gym you won’t encounter intimidation, overcrowding, and broken down and dirty equipment.
Plus I charge no joining or membership fees and no hidden charges!
